We don’t just place any tenant in your rental, we have a proven tenant acquisition system to secure better tenants for your property. There are five steps to our system:
- We market your property extensively
- Review every potential applicant’s credit score;
- Obtain income documentation proving they have a minimum monthly income three times the rent;
- Check references, and then, most importantly;
- Make your tenant adhere to the terms of the lease agreement.
The best way to avoid a future problem tenant is to prevent them from taking possession of your property. Our current eviction rate is less than 1% of all tenants under management.

You have a local, dedicated Property Manager, living within 30 minutes of your rental, who will be your single point of contact. Know You're Protected
Better Tenant
If a tenant we place in your rental does not abide by the terms of the contract in the first year, we will secure the next at no cost to you.
Payment Guarantee
If your property is vacant, we do not charge any management fee.
Service Guarantee
If we don’t mail or wire your monthly proceeds within 5 days of receiving good rent funds, we waive that month’s management fee.
Fee Guarantee
If you can find a lower hybrid management fee, we will match it.
Response Guarantee
If an owner or tenant calls, texts or emails us, we will respond within 24 hours, or waive that month’s management fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel our contract at any time with 60-day notice.
Happiness Guarantee
If you are not happy with our service after 6 months, you can cancel your contract and we will refund one-half of your management fees.
Rental Guarantee
If we do not secure a suitable tenant within 21 days from the start of marketing, we will waive your first month’s management fee.

Discover Bixby Knolls
Bixby Knolls is north in the city, with the 405 bordering south and Lakewood to the north. The majority of the homes in the area were custom-built between 1920 and 1940, providing a variety of home architecture. Small shops and restaurants dot a strip of Atlantic Avenue south of San Antonio and north of the 405 Freeway, as well as on the streets surrounding this main thoroughfare.
